Re-appointment of Independent Directors

They will serve a second term as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a period of five years, commencing from August 1, 2027, to July 31, 2032. Both directors have confirmed their compliance with independence criteria and are not debarred from holding director positions.

Appointment of Interim CFO

To ensure continuous financial oversight and smooth operations, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Amit K Dangi as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dangi will continue in this role in addition to his existing position as Whole-time Director until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed. This appointment is effective August 25, 2026.

The Board also approved the Notice for the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, through Video / Audio Conferencing Mode.
