Appointment of RPR & Associates

The company has appointed M/s. RPR & Associates, a peer-reviewed firm of Company Secretaries in Practice (Registration No: S2017TL469100), to take over the role. The appointment covers a five-year term spanning from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This transition remains subject to the necessary ratification by shareholders at the company’s next Annual General Meeting.
