Aurionpro Solutions Limited has reported robust financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations grew by approximately 20% year-on-year, reaching ₹1,41,108.51 lakhs compared to ₹1,17,296.71 lakhs in the previous fiscal year.
EBITDA and Profit Growth
Consolidated EBITDA saw a significant increase of approximately 17% year-on-year, standing at ₹282 crore for FY26. The company managed to maintain a healthy EBITDA margin of around 20%. Profit after tax also demonstrated strong growth, increasing by approximately 12% year-on-year to ₹21,178.50 lakhs, with the PAT margin maintained at around 15%.
Key Business Segment Performance
Both the Banking & Fintech segment and the Tech Innovation Group (TIG) segment delivered healthy growth during the year. The Banking & Fintech segment recorded revenues of ₹751 crore, while TIG contributed ₹660 crore, reflecting year-on-year growth of 19% and 26% respectively. This balanced growth underscores the resilience of the company’s diversified portfolio.

The company highlighted several strategic wins, particularly in the metro rail projects across major Indian cities, further strengthening its leadership in the transit and mobility space. Aurionpro also secured one of the largest mandates in India for the development of an AI-focused data centre for a leading hyperscaler, reinforcing its position in the high-growth data centre infrastructure market. The company’s AI-led capabilities are being integrated across its product and service portfolio to address evolving customer needs in the technology and transformation sectors.
