Aurionpro Solutions Limited has reported a strong financial performance for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a consolidated total income of ₹1,44,041.45 lakhs, marking a significant increase from the previous year. Along with healthy profit margins, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share (20%) for the fiscal year, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Consolidated Financial Performance

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, Aurionpro Solutions demonstrated robust growth. The company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,41,108.51 lakhs, compared to ₹1,17,296.71 lakhs in the previous year. The consolidated net profit after tax for the full year reached ₹21,178.50 lakhs, reflecting a solid upward trajectory from the ₹18,842.80 lakhs recorded in the prior year.

Dividend Announcement

Recognizing the company’s strong annual performance and value creation for shareholders, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share, having a face value of ₹10 each. This is in addition to two interim dividends of ₹1 per share each, which were declared and paid during the fiscal year 2025-26 in September and December.

Operational and Strategic Highlights

During the fiscal year, Aurionpro successfully expanded its footprint through strategic moves, including the infusion of $14 million into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aurionpro Solutions Pte. Ltd. The company also continues to integrate new intellectual property within its Transit segment, highlighted by the agreement to acquire TProcess Inc., which strengthens its technological capabilities in flap gate mechanisms.

Segment Breakdown

The company’s core operations are divided into two main segments: Sale of Software Services and Sale of Equipment and Product License. The Software Services segment remains the primary revenue driver, contributing ₹93,267.42 lakhs for the fiscal year, while the Equipment and Product License segment contributed ₹47,841.10 lakhs, underscoring a diversified and resilient business model.
