Ashoka Buildcon: Q1 FY27 Standalone Revenue Declines 1% to ₹1,320 Crore

Ashoka Buildcon Limited has announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a total standalone revenue of ₹1,320.4 crore, reflecting a -1% year-on-year change compared to Q1 FY26. This indicates a slight contraction in top-line performance during the reporting period.

Key Financial Metrics Highlighted

In terms of profitability, Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) stood at ₹125.5 crore for Q1 FY27. This represents a -17% decrease from the ₹150.7 crore recorded in Q1 FY26. Consequently, the EBITDA Margin saw a compression of 180 basis points, narrowing from 11.3% in Q1 FY26 to 9.5% in Q1 FY27.

Profit Before Tax remained relatively stable, recorded at ₹43 crore, a marginal -1% decline from ₹43.3 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q1 FY27 was ₹31.5 crore, showing a 3% increase year-on-year. The PAT Margin for the quarter stood at 2.4%.

Consolidated Financial Overview

On a consolidated basis, Ashoka Buildcon reported a total revenue of ₹1,533.7 crore, down -21% year-on-year. Consolidated EBITDA also experienced a significant drop of -55%, reaching ₹292.0 crore, with the EBITDA Margin contracting to 19.0% from 33.5% in Q1 FY26. Consolidated Profit Before Tax was ₹172.8 crore, a -42% decrease, and Profit After Tax stood at ₹127.2 crore, down -44%.

Debt Profile and Cash Position

The company’s consolidated debt as of June 26, 2026, was reported at ₹2,773 crore, composed of ₹1,173 crore in standalone debt and ₹1,600 crore in project debt, including ACL debt. The consolidated cash and bank balance stood at ₹943 crore. The standalone debt comprises ₹63 crore in equipment loans and ₹1,110 crore in working capital loans, with NCDs (ABL) totaling ₹1,173 crore. Standalone cash and bank balance was ₹261 crore.
