The company also noted that its garmenting volumes surpassed 11 million pieces for the first time, achieving 13% growth. A significant development was the acquisition of a majority stake (~61%) in Dalco-GFT (USA), a move that expands Arvind’s technical textiles portfolio into areas like Automotive, Geotextiles, Industrial, and Furniture & Furnishings, providing access to a total addressable market of approximately US$2.5 billion.
Acquisition Impact and Segment Performance

The company also reported that the Textile division generated revenue of ₹1,735 crore, up 13%, with EBITDA at ₹139 crore. The Composites business also witnessed good momentum driven by renewable energy and mobility applications.
Future Outlook and Investments
Arvind Limited has recently completed a ₹500 crore Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) to strengthen its balance sheet and support future growth initiatives. For the upcoming quarter (Q2 FY27), the company anticipates incremental growth opportunities driven by the UK-India FTA and improving domestic demand.
