Arvind Limited reported robust financial results for the first quarter of FY27, with consolidated revenues reaching ₹2,501 crore, a 25% increase year-on-year. EBITDA and PAT also saw significant jumps of 39% and 47% respectively, underscoring operational efficiency and successful integration of inorganic growth.

Arvind Limited Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Performance

Arvind Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), showcasing a significant uplift in performance driven by robust demand and strategic inorganic growth. Consolidated revenues surged by 25% year-on-year to ₹2,501 crore. This performance was buoyed by strong volume growth in the Textiles, Advanced Materials Business (AMB), and the consolidation of Dalco-GFT, acquired during the period.

Key Financial Highlights

The company’s EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹258 crore, marking a substantial 39% increase compared to the previous year. This growth in EBITDA is attributed to operating leverage and an expansion in margins by approximately 100 basis points. Profit After Tax (PAT) before exceptional items also experienced a healthy rise of 47% to ₹80 crore, benefiting from higher operating profits and the inclusion of Dalco-GFT.

Segment Performance Drivers

In the Textiles segment, woven volumes grew by 7% and denim volumes by 34%, partly due to new product introductions and higher verticalization. The Garmenting business crossed 11 million pieces for the first time. The Advanced Materials Business (AMB) saw a notable revenue growth of 85%, driven by organic expansion and the consolidation of Dalco-GFT. The acquisition of a majority stake in Dalco-GFT (USA) for US$136 million was a significant strategic move, consolidating its financials from May 6, 2026.

Strategic Initiatives and Outlook

Arvind also successfully completed a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of ₹500 crore, attracting marquee institutional investors. The company established a London office to strengthen its global presence and partnered with a garment manufacturer in Bangladesh to diversify its manufacturing footprint. Looking ahead, Arvind anticipates continued resilience in demand across Textiles and AMB, with a focus on high-value customer programs in AMB. Despite concerns over raw material price escalation, the company is implementing mitigation plans to maintain resilient margins. Ongoing capex programs are on track, with an expected outlay of ₹450 crore to ₹500 crore for the full year FY27.
