Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 Released
In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company is also dispatching its Integrated Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This report, along with the AGM Notice, is being sent electronically to members whose email IDs are registered with the company.
Dividend Recommendation
The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty Paise Only) per equity share of ₹10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, aggregating to ₹89.97 lacs, is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM and will be paid after deduction of income tax at source.
E-Voting Facility Available
The company is providing e-voting facilities through Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL) for its members. This facility is available for shares held in physical or dematerialised form, for votes cast remotely before the AGM and during the AGM itself. The cut-off date for determining eligibility to vote was July 16, 2026.
