Apollo Tyres Ltd. announced the approval of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also accepted the resignation of Mr. Gaurav Kumar as Whole-time Director, effective August 6, 2026. Mr. Kumar will continue as Chief Financial Officer during the transition. Apollo Tyres Approves Q1 FY27 Financials

At its meeting held on August 6, 2026, the Board of Directors of Apollo Tyres Ltd. reviewed and approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹73,977.90 million for the quarter, with a total income of ₹74,561.21 million. Total expenses for the period amounted to ₹70,120.26 million, leading to a profit for the period of ₹3,488.72 million.

Director Resignation

The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Gaurav Kumar (DIN: 10196754) from his position as a Whole-time Director, effective the close of business hours on August 6, 2026. He is stepping down to pursue new personal and professional opportunities. Mr. Kumar confirmed that his resignation is for reasons stated and not due to any other material reason. He will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer to ensure a smooth transition. His resignation also impacts his role as a member of the Risk Management Committee of the Board.
