These meetings, which involve Apollo Healthco Limited, Keimed Private Limited, and Apollo Healthtech Limited, are now set to take place throughout June 2026.

Following a recent order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, Apollo Hospitals has finalized updated dates for its upcoming meetings. These sessions are essential for the proposed composite scheme of arrangement involving its transferor and resultant entities. The adjustment of these dates ensures that all stakeholders, including equity shareholders and creditors, have the necessary time to participate in the proceedings.
Updated Meeting Schedule
The meetings will now be conducted on the following dates:
- Secured Creditors: June 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
- Unsecured Creditors: June 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM; June 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM; and June 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
- Equity Shareholders: June 24, 2026, at 2:30 PM.
Important Procedural Note
While the dates for the meetings have been successfully modified, the Tribunal has clarified that the quorum requirements established in the previous order dated March 26, 2026, remain unchanged and mandatory for all sessions. This confirmation ensures that the proceedings will maintain their legal standing as the company moves forward with its strategic restructuring plans.
