The board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Goverdhan Sharma, who is retiring by rotation and is eligible for re-election. Similarly, Mr. Kuldeep Ashokbhai Shah has been approved for re-appointment as an Independent Director for a second term of five financial years, effective from October 30, 2026.
New Director Appointment and Resignation Noted
In a separate development, the board has also approved the appointment of Mr. Bharat Trivedi as an Additional Director, categorized as an Independent Director. Concurrently, the board has taken note of the resignation of Ms. Ghumelia Abhilasha from her position as Independent Director, which will be effective from October 31, 2026, due to other professional commitments.
