To ensure a smooth transition, Angel One has appointed Mr. Ajit Sinha as the new General Counsel. He will assume his responsibilities starting January 05, 2026.
Ajit Sinha’s Background
Mr. Sinha brings over 24 years of experience in corporate law, financial services, capital markets, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Angel One, he was Vice President – Legal at NSE, where he led legal strategy and risk management. He previously held key legal positions at Citicorp Finance and HSBC, contributing significantly to legal frameworks and strategic initiatives.
