This significant agreement was finalized on June 1, 2026, coinciding with the launch event of the “Make in Haryana Policy & Other Sectoral Policies.” The event was graced by the presence of Shri Nayab Singh Saini ji, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana.

The primary objective of this MoU is to establish a robust framework for collaboration between ARL and various government departments in Haryana. The collaboration is strategically focused on promoting mutual engagement and supporting the development and investment in Data Center and Cloud Services within the state. As part of this initiative, ARL is set to invest approximately ₹25,000 Crore for the development of state-of-the-art Digital Infrastructure, including Data Centers and Cloud Operations.
Framework for Cooperation
The agreement outlines a cooperative structure designed to foster business growth and operational ease. The Haryana Government, through HEPC, has committed to providing comprehensive facilitation and support, embodying the principles of ‘Ease of Doing Business.’ This ensures a conducive environment for the successful execution of ARL’s ambitious endeavors in the state.
