Amber Enterprises India Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2027 (ended June 30, 2026). The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹3,888 crore, marking a 13% increase year-on-year. Operating EBITDA grew by 28% to ₹337 crore, with Adjusted PAT rising 19% to ₹126 crore. Additionally, the company revealed a manufacturing collaboration with OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited to enter mobile phone manufacturing.

Amber Enterprises India Ltd. has declared its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company achieved a consolidated revenue of ₹3,888 crore, representing a year-on-year growth of 13%. Operating EBITDA saw a significant increase of 28%, reaching ₹337 crore. The Adjusted Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹126 crore, up 19% compared to the same period last year. These results reflect the company’s sustained growth momentum across its business segments.

*Adjusted PAT is before the exceptional loss of ₹123 Cr in Q1FY27. *Operating EBITDA is before the impact of ESOP expense & other non-operating income and expenses. Q1FY27 Operating EBITDA is after adjusting for the consumption of inventory that had been fair valued at the time of Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) for new acquisitions.

Strategic Move into Mobile Manufacturing

Commenting on the results, Mr. Daljit Singh, Managing Director, highlighted a significant strategic initiative: “Building a strong foundation for its future growth, Amber Group is set to foray into mobile phone manufacturing through a Manufacturing Collaboration Agreement with OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited, expanding its presence in the key segments of the electronics industry. This collaboration is expected to open new avenues for growth, while meaningfully enhancing and diversifying the Group’s revenue streams.”

Segmental Performance

The company also provided insights into its segmental performance:

  • Consumer Durables Division: Delivered revenue growth of 8% YoY, with Operating EBITDA growth of 12%.
  • Electronics Division: Sustained strong momentum with revenue growth of 29% YoY, and Operating EBITDA growth of 117%.
  • Railway Sub-systems & Defence division: Delivered revenue growth of 18% YoY, while Operating EBITDA declined by 26%.

Furthermore, Amber Group conducted the ground-breaking ceremony for its HDI PCBs manufacturing facility at YIEDA, Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, in collaboration with Korea Circuit Co., aiming to strengthen its position as a diversified, technology-led manufacturing partner.
