Amber Enterprises India: Subsidiary Bonus Issue Boosts Shareholding

Amber Enterprises India Limited announced that its material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, has completed a bonus issue of equity shares. Following the sub-division of its shares, IL JIN allotted 30,49,12,000 equity shares to Amber Enterprises. This allotment increases Amber’s total number of equity shares in IL JIN to 31,71,08,480, while maintaining its shareholding percentage at 89.71%.

Subsidiary Completes Bonus Share Allotment

Amber Enterprises India Limited has announced the completion of a bonus issue by its material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited (“IL JIN”). This development follows the recent sub-division of IL JIN’s equity shares, where the face value was reduced from ₹10 to ₹5 per share.

Increased Equity Holding

As a result of the bonus issue on 17th August 2026, Amber Enterprises India Limited has been allotted an additional 30,49,12,000 equity shares in IL JIN. This allotment brings Amber’s total equity shareholding in IL JIN to 31,71,08,480 shares. Despite the increase in the number of shares, Amber’s overall percentage shareholding in IL JIN remains unchanged at 89.71%, as the bonus shares were distributed proportionally to all existing shareholders.
