New CEO Appointed
Mr. Satendra Singh has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer and Whole-Time Director of IL JIN. His tenure is set for five consecutive years, commencing from October 16, 2026. Mr. Singh brings over 35 years of experience in global supply chain and electronics manufacturing, having previously held leadership roles at Syrma SGS Technology Limited, Nokia, and Flex International. He is not related to any of IL JIN’s directors.
Director Transition
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Arora has resigned from his position as Whole Time Director of IL JIN, effective from the close of business hours on October 16, 2026. His departure is attributed to an inter-group transfer, which will see him assume new role and responsibilities within the broader Amber Group. Mr. Arora will continue to be associated with the Group to provide strategic guidance and mentorship.
