The company’s subsidiary, Pure and Cure Healthcare Private Limited, has acquired the manufacturing business of Oriflame India Private Limited. The deal, finalized on July 23, 2026, is valued at a total consideration of INR 56 Crore.

Key Assets and Business Expansion

The acquisition encompasses two key manufacturing facilities located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, and Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, a leased warehouse facility in Noida is included in the transaction. This strategic move is poised to significantly enhance Akums’ manufacturing capabilities. Furthermore, it represents the company’s official entry into the vibrant color cosmetics market, complementing its existing portfolio in skincare and wellness products. The trademark and marketing rights for Oriflame’s products in India are not part of this transaction.

Timeline and Financials

The acquisition is anticipated to be completed by August 31, 2026. The entire consideration for this transaction is a cash consideration amounting to INR 56 Crores. This acquisition aligns with Akums’ growth strategy, aiming to leverage the expanding opportunities within the Indian cosmetics industry and extend its reach into global markets.
