Mr. Viswanathan brings extensive experience in managing large-scale organizational structures and talent management, having previously served as Chief People Officer at Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd.

Mr. Viswanathan is an established HR leader with a career spanning 17 years. Prior to joining AGI Greenpac, he held the position of Chief People Officer at Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd (Cremica & English Oven). During his tenure there, he was responsible for managing the human resources operations for a workforce exceeding 5,000 employees across diverse plant, sales, and corporate functions.
