The agreement designates Aegis Terminal (Pipavav) Limited (ATPL), a step-down subsidiary of Aegis Logistics, as the recipient of the Ammonia storage facility. The transfer will be conducted via a slump sale on a going concern basis. The terminal possesses a static capacity of 36,000 MT for storing Ammonia.

This transaction is designed to strengthen the Aegis Group’s position within the specialized chemicals and gas logistics sector.
