The proposed schedule includes a deadline for the defendants’ motion to dismiss by June 8, 2026, with the SEC’s amended complaint or opposition due by August 7, 2026. Final reply briefs are currently scheduled for September 21, 2026.
Pre-Motion Conference Proposed
In addition to the briefing timeline, the parties have proposed three potential dates for a pre-motion conference: May 20, May 22, or May 29, 2026. During this conference, the defendants intend to discuss the grounds for the dismissal of the SEC’s case.
