Adani Green Energy has provided an update regarding ongoing legal proceedings in the United States involving its directors, Mr. Gautam Adani and Mr. Sagar Adani. The parties have jointly requested a revised briefing schedule for the upcoming motion to dismiss, proposing new deadlines extending through September 21, 2026. The company emphasized that it is not a party to these proceedings and clarified that there are no charges of bribery or corruption against the directors.

Revised Court Schedule

Following a pre-motion conference letter submitted on April 7, 2026, Adani Green Energy reported that the parties involved in the US civil matter have jointly requested an extension of time for key legal filings. The proposed schedule includes a deadline for the defendants’ motion to dismiss by June 8, 2026, with the SEC’s amended complaint or opposition due by August 7, 2026. Final reply briefs are currently scheduled for September 21, 2026.

Pre-Motion Conference Proposed

In addition to the briefing timeline, the parties have proposed three potential dates for a pre-motion conference: May 20, May 22, or May 29, 2026. During this conference, the defendants intend to discuss the grounds for the dismissal of the SEC’s case.

Clarification on Corporate Standing

Adani Green Energy reiterated that it is not a party to these legal proceedings and that no charges have been brought against the company itself. Furthermore, the company clarified that the defendants have not been charged with any violations related to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, confirming that there are no allegations of bribery or corruption involved in the current case.
