Power Consumption Agreements

Adani Green Energy’s subsidiaries, Adani Solar Energy Jodhpur Six Limited and Adani Renewable Energy Forty One Limited, have entered into Power Consumption Agreements and Tripartite Agreements. These agreements facilitate the supply of 60 MW of solar-wind hybrid power to commercial and industrial customers.

Project Details

The solar-wind hybrid power will be supplied from a 50 MW solar power plant located in Baap, Rajasthan, and a 52 MW wind power plant located in Khavda, Gujarat. These agreements mark a significant step in Adani Green Energy’s commitment to providing renewable energy solutions.

Agreement Execution

The agreements were officially executed on October 30, 2025, at 4:47 pm. This development strengthens Adani Green Energy’s portfolio and contributes to its renewable energy capacity.
