Adani Enterprises Expansion of Airport City Infrastructure Portfolio

Adani Enterprises has furthered its real estate infrastructure development by incorporating three new wholly owned subsidiaries under Adani Airport City Limited. Established on April 6, 2026, these entities are set to focus on high-growth urban real estate and integrated hospitality developments across key airport locations, including Navi Mumbai, Guwahati, and Ahmedabad. This move aligns with the group’s strategic vision to develop comprehensive airport ecosystems and business centers.

Strategic Real Estate Development

Adani Airport City Limited has successfully incorporated three new entities: Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City Limited, Adani Guwahati Airport City Limited, and Adani Ahmedabad Airport City Limited. Each of these companies was established with a paid-up capital of ₹10,00,000, represented by 1,00,000 equity shares issued at a face value of ₹10 each.

Future Business Scope

The new subsidiaries will be primarily engaged in the broader real estate sector. Their operational focus includes the development of own or leased properties and the construction of buildings on an own-account or contract basis. Furthermore, the entities are poised to manage integrated commercial assets, including hotels, restaurants, banquet facilities, and professional business centers, aimed at creating value within the immediate vicinities of the respective airports.

Operational Control

As of April 18, 2026, full control of these entities rests with Adani Airport City Limited. By maintaining 100% shareholding, the organization ensures a cohesive management approach across these new urban developments, facilitating the rapid deployment of planned infrastructure projects in the aforementioned strategic city markets.
