This agreement, executed on September 8, 2026, pertains to the supply of 2,500 MW of Round-the-Clock (RTC) power.
Deal Structure and Duration
The PPA is a result of an assignment of rights and obligations from Adani Power Limited (APL) to PTSL. APL had previously received a Letter of Award (LOA) for this project. The supply commitment under the PPA will span a substantial period of 25 years, commencing from the Scheduled Commencement Date of Supply. This long-term engagement is expected to leverage PTSL’s expertise in multi-source energy aggregation and power portfolio management.
Strategic Impact
The company stated that this transaction is poised to further strengthen PTSL’s power supply portfolio. It is also anticipated to reinforce the subsidiary’s standing within the competitive energy solutions business landscape.
