Adani Energy Solutions Limited has announced a series of key leadership changes and a transition in its internal auditing firm. Effective April 23, 2026, the company has appointed two new senior executives to head its Energy Solutions, C&I, and Talent Acquisition departments. Simultaneously, the company has transitioned its internal audit responsibilities to M/s. BDO India Services Private Limited as part of its ongoing organizational restructuring and internal rotation policies.
New Leadership Appointments
As part of its organizational evolution, the company has onboarded two industry experts effective April 23, 2026:
- Mr. Raj Kumar Jain has been appointed as the Head of Energy Solutions and C&I. He brings over 20 years of extensive experience in business development, mergers & acquisitions, financing, and risk management across the renewable energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors.
- Mr. Nitin Mittal assumes the role of Head of Talent Acquisition. With 22 years of experience, he joins from a distinguished background at major multinational corporations, bringing proven expertise in global hiring, human resources processes, and analytics.
Organizational Restructuring
The company also announced the departure of four senior personnel, effective April 23, 2026, citing a broader organizational restructuring program. The departing executives include:
- Mr. Vivek Gautam (Head – Projects)
- Mr. Sandeep Gautam (Head – HR)
- Mr. Manish Upadhyay (Head – Talent Acquisition)
- Mr. Rohit Agrawal (Senior VP – CPG)
Internal Audit Transition
In addition to leadership adjustments, the company has appointed M/s. BDO India Services Private Limited as its new Internal Auditor, effective April 23, 2026. This appointment follows the completion of the term of the previous Internal Auditor, Mr. Harish Sharma, in accordance with the firm’s standard rotation policy. BDO India will leverage its global network and multidisciplinary expertise to oversee the company’s internal audit requirements, focusing on high-quality delivery and professional excellence.
