The company achieved a 59% year-on-year increase in total revenue, reaching INR 2,507 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged by 99% to INR 498 crore. The company continues to expand its renewable energy footprint, supported by a growing order book and advancements in storage capacity across its diverse portfolio.
Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Performance
ACME Solar has delivered strong financial results for FY26, reflecting the successful execution of its renewable energy projects. Total revenue for the year stood at INR 2,507 crore, a 59% increase over the previous year. EBITDA also saw a substantial rise of 61% to reach INR 2,265 crore. Profitability remained strong, with the PAT for the year climbing to INR 498 crore, representing a 99% growth compared to FY25.
Operational Highlights and Capacity Expansion
The company achieved significant operational milestones during FY26. Notably, it commissioned one of India’s largest Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with a capacity of 2.3 GWh, which is already delivering a net realization of approximately INR 2.2 crore per day. Furthermore, the company successfully fully commissioned a 100 MW wind project, further diversifying its energy assets.
Order Book and Strategic Growth
ACME Solar’s strategic focus on the Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) segment continues to pay off, with a new project win of 301 MW during the final quarter (Jan-Mar). The total under-construction portfolio now stands at 5,081 MW. Additionally, the company has secured strong financial footing for its upcoming projects, having tied up over INR 15,000 crore in debt for 1.5 GW of new capacity, while simultaneously optimizing its interest costs through successful debt refinancing.
