ACME Solar Holdings Limited, through its subsidiary ACME Sun Power Private Limited, has successfully commissioned an additional 33.333 MW/160.484 MWh of capacity for its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Rajasthan. Located in the Phalodi and Jodhpur districts, the expansion pushes the subsidiary’s total commissioned capacity to 233.336 MW / 1123.424 MWh. The new capacity is scheduled to begin commercial operations on May 13, 2026.

Boosting Renewable Energy Storage

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has reached a new milestone in its renewable energy strategy with the successful commissioning of additional capacity at its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility. The project, situated at Village: Badi Sid, Tehsil-Bap, District: Phalodi and Jodhpur, Rajasthan, adds 33.333 MW of power and 160.484 MWh of energy storage capacity to the company’s portfolio.

Following this latest development, the total commissioned capacity under ACME Sun Power Private Limited has risen to 233.336 MW / 1123.424 MWh. Operational Timeline

While the project components were commissioned on May 11, 2026, the official Commercial Operation Date (COD) for this additional capacity has been set for May 13, 2026. This milestone marks another step forward in the company’s efforts to scale its clean energy operations across India.
