Management Transition at Goa Plant
Operational leadership in the Goa manufacturing facility will also see a transition. Mr. Tushar Singh, the current Plant Director, will move to another affiliate of the company effective June 1, 2026, serving his final day with Abbott India on May 31, 2026. He will be succeeded by Mr. Amol Metkar, who brings extensive experience in production and operational excellence to the role, officially assuming his duties on June 1, 2026.
Shareholder Approval Process
The Board has formally approved a Postal Ballot Notice to seek shareholder consent for the appointments of Mr. Neeraj Jain and Mr. James Wenner. The notice will be distributed to shareholders shortly, with further updates to follow regarding the filing process.
