The aggregate amount raised through this issuance is ₹200,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred Crore).

Details of the NCD Issue

The allotment was approved by the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Aavas Financiers Limited. The issuance comprises an Anchor Portion of 6,000 NCDs, valued at ₹60,00,00,000, and a Non-Anchor Portion of 14,000 NCDs, valued at ₹140,00,00,000. The total settlement amount received, including a premium of ₹22,40,000, stands at ₹200,22,40,000.

These NCDs have a tenor of 3 Years, with a maturity date of July 30, 2029. The coupon rate offered is 7.80% per annum, payable annually. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market of the BSE Limited. The company has secured these NCDs with a first-ranking exclusive charge over its identified receivables, loans, and book debts.
