Aadhar Housing Finance: Q1 FY27 Profit Up 19% to ₹282 Crore

Aadhar Housing Finance has announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a 19% year-on-year growth in profit after tax (PAT), reaching ₹282 crore. Assets Under Management (AUM) also saw a significant increase of 18% year-on-year, standing at ₹31,364 crore, reflecting strong business expansion and stable asset quality.

Aadhar Housing Finance Delivers Strong Q1 FY27 Results

Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. has reported a robust start to the financial year 2027, with its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company announced a healthy 19% year-on-year growth in Profit after Tax (PAT), which stood at ₹282 crore, compared to ₹237 crore in the same quarter of the previous year (Q1 FY26).

Key Financial Highlights

The company’s Assets Under Management (AUM) demonstrated a significant 18% year-on-year growth, reaching ₹31,364 crore as of June 30, 2026, up from ₹26,524 crore as of June 30, 2025. Networth also saw a substantial increase, rising by 19% to ₹7,853 crore from ₹6,616 crore in the prior year.

Performance metrics for Q1 FY27 include a Return on Assets (ROA) of 4.0% and a Return on Equity (ROE) of 14.7%. Asset quality remained stable, with Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) on AUM reported at 1.31%.

Operational Performance and Outlook

Disbursements for the quarter were reported at ₹2,036 crore. The company noted a transition in disbursement reporting from cheque handover to cheque realization basis from Q1 FY27. Under the new reporting, disbursement on cheque handover in Q1 FY27 was ₹23,590 million, a 19% growth on a YoY basis.
