As of September 22, 2026, ICRA has upgraded the credit ratings for the company’s Non-Convertible Debentures and Long-term bank facilities to [ICRA]AA+. Concurrently, the outlook for these instruments has been revised from Positive to Stable.

The upgrade applies to various instruments, with a total rated amount of ₹2,231.63 crore for Non-Convertible Debentures and ₹1,350.00 crore for Long-term bank facilities. Additionally, Subordinated debt amounting to ₹60.00 crore also carries the [ICRA]AA+ (Stable) rating. ICRA also reaffirmed the [ICRA]A1+ rating for Commercial Papers, amounting to ₹600.00 crore.

Furthermore, ICRA has withdrawn the ratings assigned to Non-Convertible Debentures totaling ₹504.40 crore due to their redemption. The rating actions indicate a positive assessment of Aadhar Housing Finance’s creditworthiness and its outlook.
