The order specifically pertains to the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of ‘On-board KAVACH Loco equipment (Ver.4.0)’. The KAVACH system is a critical safety technology for Indian Railways, aimed at preventing accidents.

Contractual Details and Timeline

The broad commercial consideration for this contract is the aforementioned ₹31.49 Crores. The significant terms and conditions include the completion of the contract by March 31, 2028. The company also confirmed that none of its promoters or promoter group companies have any interest in ICF, and the transaction does not fall under the Related Party Transaction category, ensuring it is conducted at arm’s length.
