This transaction involves acquiring the value-added dairy beverages, juices, and packaged drinking water business of Devyani Food Industries (Kenya) Limited.

The acquisition was completed in accordance with the agreement signed earlier, with a consideration of USD 32 Million. The transaction officially became effective on August 1, 2026. This move is expected to expand VBL’s offerings in the Kenyan market and strengthen its position in the beverage sector.
