LMW LIMITED has announced a change in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Sri K Soundhar Rajhan will be retiring effective 31st July 2026. Concurrently, Sri N Krishna Kumar, currently an SMP, has been redesignated as President – Strategy Office, effective 1st August 2026, and will continue to be part of the SMP.
Senior Management Personnel Changes at LMW LIMITED
LMW LIMITED has formally communicated changes within its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These updates pertain to the composition and roles of key managerial staff, effective in late July and early August 2026.
Retirement of Sri K Soundhar Rajhan
Sri K Soundhar Rajhan, a Senior Management Personnel, will be stepping down from his role due to retirement. His cessation from the SMP will be effective from the close of business hours on 31st July 2026.
Redesignation of Sri N Krishna Kumar
In a related development, Sri N Krishna Kumar, who is already a member of the Senior Management Personnel, will assume a new role. He has been redesignated as President – Strategy Office. This redesignation will take effect from 1st August 2026. Mr. Kumar will continue to be an integral part of the company’s SMP in his new capacity.
These changes are being made in compliance with regulatory requirements, and further details are available as per the enclosed Annexure A.
