Adani Energy Solutions: Completes ₹3,500 Crore QIP, Allots 2.16 Crore Shares

Adani Energy Solutions Limited has successfully completed its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), allotting 2,16,71,826 Equity Shares of face value ₹10 each. The issue price was set at ₹1,615.00 per share, raising a total of approximately ₹3,500.00 Crores. This placement was conducted in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations and has resulted in an increase in the company’s paid-up equity share capital.

Adani Energy Solutions Completes Major QIP

Adani Energy Solutions Limited announced today, July 30, 2026, the successful completion of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The company’s QIP committee approved the allotment of 2,16,71,826 Equity Shares, each with a face value of ₹10. The shares were issued at a price of ₹1,615.00 per Equity Share, which includes a premium of ₹1,605.00 per share. This placement reflects a discount of ₹83.15 (4.90%) on the floor price of ₹1,698.15.

Capital Infusion and Share Capital Increase

The total amount raised through this QIP is approximately ₹3,500.00 Crores (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Crores only). The Issue, which opened on July 27, 2026, and closed on July 30, 2026, was conducted under the provisions of Chapter VI of the SEBI ICDR Regulations and Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Following the allotment of these Equity Shares, the paid-up equity share capital of Adani Energy Solutions Limited has increased. The capital has moved from 1,20,12,82,642 Equity Shares to 1,22,29,54,468 Equity Shares, signifying a substantial capital infusion that will support the company’s growth initiatives.

Allottee Information

A list of allottees who have been allocated more than five percent (5%) of the Equity Shares offered in the Issue has been enclosed as Annexure A. Key allottees include entities like SBI Large Cap Fund and various funds managed by Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, along with Prazim Trading and Investment Co. Pvt. Ltd. and SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., among others.
