Mr. Agarwal will be returning to his parent cadre/Railways to assume a new role as General Manager at Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai. This change impacts the senior management team of RVNL.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has formally notified a change within its senior management. Shri Manish Agarwal, who held the position of Principal Executive Director (Mechanical), has been relieved from his duties at RVNL on 30th July 2026 (A/N). This departure is due to his repatriation to his parent cadre.
New Assignment in Railways
Following his repatriation, Shri Agarwal is set to take on a new responsibility as the General Manager of Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai. The formal office order regarding his repatriation was issued on 28th July 2026, with his effective date of relief from RVNL being 30th July 2026. Mr. Agarwal’s move signifies a transition in leadership and operational roles within the broader railway sector.

The intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. An accompanying declaration as per SEBI Master Circular and the office order detailing the change have been enclosed as Annexure A and Annexure B, respectively.
