As a direct consequence of this allotment, the company’s paid-up equity share capital has been increased. The total paid-up equity share capital now stands at ₹14,18,44,869, comprising 14,18,44,869 equity shares, each with a face value of Re. 1/-. It is noted that the newly issued equity shares will hold the same rights and privileges as the existing equity shares, ranking pari-passu.
Background on Warrant Allotment
Earlier, on February 14, 2025, the company had informed about the allotment of 78,80,436 warrants. Each warrant was convertible into one fully paid-up equity share of Re. 1/- at an issue price of Rs. 530/- per warrant. Investors had initially paid 25% (Rs. 132.50/-) of the issue price as the subscription price. The remaining 75% (Rs. 397.50/-) was payable at the time of opting for conversion.
