The company achieved record-high figures for quarterly revenue, net worth, and Profit After Tax (PAT), demonstrating the resilience and success of its diversified financing strategy under IRFC 2.0.
Key Financial Highlights
- Total Income: Rs. 8,391.34 crore, a significant increase from Rs. 6,918.24 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, marking the highest-ever quarterly total income.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): Rs. 1,927.21 crore, showing a 10.40% year-on-year growth from Rs. 1,745.69 crore in Q1 FY 2025-26. This also represents the highest-ever quarterly PAT recorded by the Corporation.
- Net Worth: Reached a record Rs. 58,791.95 crore as of June 30, 2026, up from Rs. 56,748.76 crore on March 31, 2026, reflecting consistent profitability and retained earnings.
- Net Interest Margin (NIM): Stood at 1.48% (annualised), attributed to IRFC’s diversification strategy and effective liability management.
- Assets Under Management (AUM): Were Rs. 4.79 lakh crore as on June 30, 2026.

Importantly, IRFC has maintained its unblemished track record of zero non-performing assets (NPA), highlighting its robust and high-quality loan book even as it expands its lending portfolio across railway-linked sectors.
