The company has registered its strongest-ever quarterly performance, highlighted by record-high quarterly revenue, net worth, and Profit After Tax (PAT), while maintaining a zero non-performing asset (NPA) status.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, IRFC reported a total income of ₹8,391.34 crore. This marks a substantial increase from ₹6,918.24 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, setting a new historical high for quarterly total income.
Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q1 FY 2026-27 stood at ₹1,927.21 crore, reflecting a robust 10.40% year-on-year growth compared to ₹1,745.69 crore in Q1 FY 2025-26. This figure represents the highest-ever quarterly PAT recorded by the corporation.
The corporation’s net worth also reached a record level, increasing to ₹58,791.95 crore as of June 30, 2026, up from ₹56,748.76 crore as of March 31, 2026. This consistent growth in net worth is attributed to sustained profitability and retained earnings.
Operational Metrics and Outlook
The Net Interest Margin (NIM) for the quarter was reported at 1.48% (annualised), indicating the benefits of IRFC’s diversification strategy and effective liability management. Assets Under Management (AUM) were recorded at ₹4.79 lakh crore as of June 30, 2026.
IRFC continues to maintain an unblemished track record of zero non-performing assets (NPA), demonstrating the quality of its loan book even as it expands its diversified lending portfolio across railway-linked sectors.
