Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, a prominent Indian hospitality company, has announced the signing of two new agreements, marking a significant step in its growth strategy. The company will introduce Lemon Tree Hotel, Siddharthanagar in Nepal and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. These new ventures are set to bolster the group’s international presence in Nepal and deepen its footprint in a key Indian state.
Property Details and Management
Both upcoming properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The Lemon Tree Hotel, Siddharthanagar will offer 120 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, and meeting/conference facilities. Recreational amenities will include a bar lounge, swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. Strategically located in Siddhartha Nagar, Rupandehi, the hotel benefits from its proximity to Lumbini and the India-Nepal border.
The Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada will feature 70 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, spa, and fitness centre. This signing strengthens Lemon Tree Hotels’ presence in Andhra Pradesh, bringing the group’s portfolio in the state to eleven properties. Vijayawada Airport is approximately 19 km away, and Vijayawada Railway Station is just 1.5 km from the hotel, offering convenient access.
