Escorts Kubota Limited Reports Strong June 2026 Sales Performance
Escorts Kubota Limited has announced robust sales figures for June 2026, with its Agri Machinery Business registering a substantial 19.1% growth in tractor sales. The company sold a total of 13,695 tractors in June 2026, compared to 11,498 units in June 2025.
Tractor Sales Momentum
Domestic tractor sales were particularly strong, increasing by 19.8% to 13,172 units in June 2026, up from 10,997 units in the previous year. This growth is attributed to improved performance across both wholesale and retail segments, coupled with the commencement of Kharif sowing activities. Despite a delayed monsoon in some regions, water reservoirs have supported agricultural activity. Export tractor sales also saw a positive trend, growing by 4.4% to 523 units from 501 units sold in June 2025.
Construction Equipment Division Sees Significant Growth
In addition to the strong tractor sales, Escorts Kubota Limited’s Construction Equipment Business Division reported an impressive growth of 49.1% in June 2026. The company sold 498 machines during the month, a significant increase from the 334 machines sold in June 2025. This surge is driven by the ongoing strength in the construction equipment industry, supported by substantial infrastructure execution and government capital expenditure.
The company highlighted that equipment utilization remained healthy, aided by favorable construction conditions and easing geopolitical concerns. The near-term outlook for the construction sector remains positive, buoyed by a strong project pipeline and sustained infrastructure investments.
