Mumbai, July 01, 2026 – Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), a leading Indian real estate developer, announced today its successful bid for a significant residential land parcel in Noida. The company emerged as the highest bidder in an e-auction conducted by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) for plots in Sector 151, Noida.
