The contract is valued at over ₹850 crore and covers all civil and structural works. Embassy Developments Limited has announced the appointment of Leighton Asia, a part of the CIMIC Group, as the construction partner for its significant ultra-luxury residential development, Embassy Citadel, located in Worli, Mumbai. This major construction contract is valued at over ₹850 crore and encompasses the complete civil and structural works package for the project.
Project Highlights and Strategic Expansion
Embassy Citadel marks Embassy Developments’ strategic entry into Mumbai’s dynamic residential market. The development, situated on Dr. Elijah Moses Road, spans approximately 1.6 million sq. ft. and has an estimated gross development value of around ₹8,800 crore. It will feature 316 residences, including 3, 4, and 5 bedroom configurations, as well as two exclusive triplex mansion homes. The project also boasts 1 lakh sq. ft. of amenities across seven lifestyle floors and a 79th-floor Sky Lounge. Rising to approximately 300 metres, the single-tower development is designed as a vertically integrated luxury ecosystem focused on wellness, hospitality, and community spaces.

The Embassy Citadel project has been conceptualized with input from an internationally acclaimed consultant team, including ADA Architecture (Mumbai), STX Landscape Architects (Singapore), Studio HBA (Singapore and Hong Kong), and Thornton Tomasetti (New York).
