MOIL Limited has announced price revisions for various grades of Manganese Ore, effective from June 1, 2026. Prices for Ferro grades with Mn-44% and above have been reduced by 6%. Other Ferro grades, Chemical grades, SMGR, and Fines will see a 5% reduction. Certain Fines and a Ferro grade see price continuity or a 10% decrease. Basic EMD prices remain unchanged for June 2026.
Quarterly Price Adjustments for Manganese Ore
MOIL Limited has informed stakeholders about the fixation of prices for different grades of Manganese Ore for the quarter covering April-June 2026 and specifically for the month of June 2026. These revised prices are effective from June 1, 2026, aligning with the company’s standard business practice of periodic price reviews for its products.
Specific Grade Price Revisions
Ferro Grades (Mn-44% and above)
Prices for all Ferro grades of manganese ore, possessing a Manganese content of 44% and above, have been decreased by 6%. This adjustment applies to the prices that were prevailing since May 1, 2026, and is effective from midnight of May 31, 2026 / June 1, 2026.
Other Ferro Grades, Chemical Grades, SMGR, and Fines
A reduction of 5% has been implemented for prices of all other Ferro grades of manganese ore with a Manganese content below 44%. This revision also extends to Chemical grades, SMGR grades, and Fines. These prices were also prevailing since May 1, 2026, and the revised rates are effective from midnight of May 31, 2026 / June 1, 2026.
Special Grade Adjustments
For specific ore codes of Fines, namely BGF534, KDF393, and UKF532, the prices have been continued for the month of June 2026 without change. In contrast, for the Ferro grade identified as BG4584, the price has been decreased by 10% compared to the prices effective since May 1, 2026, with the new rate effective from midnight of May 31, 2026 / June 1, 2026.
EMD Pricing Remains Stable
The basic price for EMD (Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide) has been continued for the month of June 2026 at Rs. 1,80,000/- per metric ton (PMT). Similarly, the basic price for EMD flakes remains unchanged at Rs. 1,71,000/- for June 2026.
