TVS Supply Chain Solutions delivered robust performance for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹11,002.97 crore for the year. Net profit for the fiscal year stood at ₹117.02 crore, a significant turnaround compared to the loss of ₹9.64 crore in the previous financial year. For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company achieved a profit of ₹18.36 crore.
Strategic Realignment and Operational Highlights
During the fiscal year, the company successfully executed “Project One”, a strategic transformation initiative designed to streamline operations and rationalize costs across its UK and Europe business units. These restructuring efforts involved an investment of ₹91.29 crore. Additionally, the company’s joint venture, TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Limited, saw significant activity, including the listing of TVS Infrastructure Trust on the National Stock Exchange on July 8, 2025.
Leadership Transition
The company announced a formal transition in its top management. Mr. Ravi Viswanathan will be stepping down as Director and Managing Director effective June 30, 2026. Following this, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Vikas Chadha, the current Global CEO, as the new Managing Director for a term of five years, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Chadha brings over 30 years of leadership experience to the role.

The company continues to operate through two primary segments: Integrated Supply Chain Solutions (ISCS) and Global Forwarding Solutions (GFS). The ISCS segment recorded annual segment revenue of ₹8,255.96 crore, while the GFS segment contributed ₹2,768.66 crore, reflecting the company’s focus on its core warehousing, distribution, and freight forwarding capabilities.
