Reliance Infrastructure has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board approved a fundraise of up to ₹3,000 crore through QIP or follow-on public offerings. Financial Highlights for FY 2025-26
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported consolidated total income of ₹20,862.03 crore. The financial performance reflects the company’s focus on its power and infrastructure segments despite ongoing regulatory and legal matters. The Board also reviewed and approved the audited financial statements for the quarter ending March 31, 2026, which saw a consolidated total income of ₹4,154.34 crore.
Strategic Fundraising Authorization
To support its long-term growth and capital requirements, the Board has sought enabling authorization from shareholders to raise up to ₹3,000 crore. This capital will be generated through the issuance of equity shares, equity-linked instruments, or other eligible securities to qualified institutional buyers via a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) or a follow-on public offer.
Leadership Transitions
The company has implemented significant leadership changes effective May 23, 2026. Shri Vijesh Bahu Thota, previously serving as the company’s CFO and Executive Director, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Concurrently, Shri Asheesh Chaturvedi, who served as Finance Controller, has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Governance and Auditing Appointments
As part of its commitment to robust corporate governance, the company has appointed M/s Paresh Rakesh & Associates LLP as the new Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy, with their term extending until the conclusion of the 102nd Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2030-31. Furthermore, M/s Vijay S. Tiwari & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year period covering FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31.
