Linde India Stake Reduction in Zenataris Renewable Energy

Linde India Limited has announced a dilution of its equity stake in Zenataris Renewable Energy Private Limited. Following the allotment of new shares to existing and incoming shareholders, the company’s total shareholding in the renewable energy entity has decreased from 27% to 19.18%. This development follows previous investments made by the company in early and late 2024 to support its interests in the renewable sector.

Adjustment in Equity Shareholding

Linde India Limited has provided an update regarding its strategic investment in Zenataris Renewable Energy Private Limited. As of 22 May 2026, the company confirmed that its ownership stake in the firm has shifted due to a further allotment of equity shares by Zenataris to both existing shareholders and new investors.

Impact of Share Allotment

Prior to this recent corporate action, Linde India held a 27% stake in Zenataris, a position established through cumulative investments finalized in February and September 2024. With the latest issuance of shares to third parties, Linde India’s total shareholding has been diluted to 19.18%. This change reflects the evolving capital structure of the renewable energy company as it expands its base of shareholders.
