Jubilant FoodWorks Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a consolidated profit after tax of INR 4,442.39 million for the fiscal year, marking significant growth. Furthermore, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of INR 1.2 per equity share (60%) for the financial year, subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Jubilant FoodWorks recorded a consolidated revenue from operations of INR 95,125.06 million, compared to INR 81,044.89 million in the previous year. The consolidated profit for the year stood at INR 4,442.39 million, showing robust operational performance compared to the INR 2,171.22 million reported in the previous fiscal year.

Dividend Recommendation

Reflecting the company’s strong financial health, the Board has recommended a dividend of INR 1.2 per equity share, representing a 60% payout on the face value of INR 2 per share. The final distribution is contingent upon the approval of shareholders during the company’s next Annual General Meeting. Upon approval, the dividend payment is expected to be disbursed within 30 days.

Strategic Business Updates

During the fiscal year, the company made strategic moves regarding its portfolio, including the non-renewal of rights for the development and operation of the Dunkin’ brand in India. Additionally, the company successfully divested its stake in the Russian subsidiary, Pizza Restaurants LLC. These initiatives are aimed at streamlining operations and focusing on core growth areas.

Commitment to Workforce Welfare

The company has accounted for the financial impact of the newly notified Labour Codes. To address potential increases in gratuity and leave liabilities, a non-recurring charge of INR 337.04 million was recorded as an exceptional item, demonstrating the company’s proactive approach to regulatory compliance and employee benefit obligations.
