Supported by strong operational efficiencies and robust business momentum, the Board has recommended a final dividend of INR 0.25 per equity share, bringing the total dividend for the year to INR 0.60 per share. Record Financial Performance
For the financial year 2025-26, Samvardhana Motherson delivered its highest-ever annual revenue of Rs 1,26,104 crore, reflecting an 11% increase over the previous year. Quarterly performance for Q4 (Jan-Mar) was equally strong, with revenues of Rs 34,309 crore, up 17% YoY. EBITDA for the year reached Rs 12,033 crore, with a reported 11% growth, demonstrating steady profitability despite inflationary pressures and commodity price volatility.
Strategic Business Growth
The company’s performance was driven by momentum in emerging businesses and resilient core operations. Notably, Consumer Electronics saw a 7.5x revenue growth, and the Aerospace division grew by 40%. The company continues to invest in future growth, with a capital expenditure of Rs 5,911 crore in FY26. Furthermore, the company reported a strong booked business value of USD 96 billion, a record high that provides significant future revenue visibility.
Shareholder Returns and Outlook
Reflecting its commitment to delivering value, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of INR 0.25 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 30, 2026. This, combined with the earlier interim dividend, brings the total payout to INR 0.60 per share for the fiscal year. The company maintains a healthy balance sheet, achieving its lowest-ever leverage ratio of 0.8x, positioning it well for continued expansion in the upcoming fiscal year.

Operational efficiency remained a key focus, with cost optimization measures significantly supporting margin improvements. The company is currently progressing with 16 facilities across various global locations to further enhance its production capabilities.
