Tata Consumer Products Sustainability and Business Responsibility Report for FY 2025-26

Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL) has released its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY 2025-26. The report highlights the company’s commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2040, promoting sustainable sourcing, and fostering inclusive growth. With consolidated revenue of Rs. 20,290.43 crore, the company continues to focus on health, wellness, and community impact, reaching 1.69 million beneficiaries through its various social initiatives.

Strategic Focus on Sustainability

During the FY 2025-26, Tata Consumer Products continued to integrate sustainability into its core growth strategy. The company has successfully maintained carbon neutrality across Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions globally and achieved zero waste to landfill status across its manufacturing locations. Furthermore, 80% of packaging material is now recyclable, compostable, or reusable, marking significant progress toward its 2030 sustainability goals.

Operational Performance and Innovation

TCPL demonstrated strong operational resilience, with 66% of its consolidated revenue generated from India and 34% from international markets. The company remains committed to innovation, launching 80 new products during the year, 55% of which are focused on health and wellness. This commitment to nutrition is central to the company’s objective to reach 250 million households in India by 2030.

Inclusive Growth and Social Impact

The company continues to prioritize social responsibility and community welfare. Cumulative community initiatives have successfully reached 1.69 million lives as of FY25, with a clear roadmap to exceed 2 million beneficiaries by 2030. TCPL also emphasizes workforce diversity, with women’s participation in the global workforce exceeding 35%. Additionally, the company has implemented robust grievance redressal mechanisms to support its extensive network of employees and partners, maintaining a high standard of ethical business conduct across its global operations.
