Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited Board Approves Key Leadership Appointments and Strategic Re-designation

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) has announced key organizational changes following its board meeting held on May 15, 2026. The company has appointed a new cost auditor for the upcoming financial year and identified three senior management professionals to strengthen its operational leadership. Additionally, the board approved the re-designation of Mr. Adwik Bollineni from a non-executive role to Executive Director, reflecting a strategic shift in the company’s leadership structure.

Strategic Leadership Appointments

To bolster its management team, KIMS has appointed three senior officials effective immediately. Mr. Sachin Ashok Salvi, a Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of experience, joins as Chief Finance Officer. Mrs. Nagajayanthi J.R, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with over 25 years of experience, has been named Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Furthermore, Mr. Bhaskar Reddy R. K, a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience, takes on the role of Chief Risk Officer & Chief Internal Audit.

Directorate Re-designation

The board has approved the re-designation of Mr. Adwik Bollineni from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director. Mr. Bollineni is recognized for his leadership at the Great Eastern Medical School (GEMS), which he helped transform into one of Andhra Pradesh’s most prominent medical colleges. Under his guidance, the institution achieved significant milestones, including accreditation by the Royal College of Surgeons of England and recognition with the 2024 Chief Minister’s Award.

Cost Audit Engagement

The company has also appointed M/s. Sagar & Associates, a peer-reviewed firm of Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026–27. The engagement is set for a one-year term spanning April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The firm brings extensive expertise in managing cost records for large, multi-location corporations utilizing advanced ERP systems such as SAP and ORACLE.
